Abstract: Objective: To explore the effect of bedside work-based nursing mode on psychological stress response and quality of life of patients undergoing nasal endoscopic optic nerve decompression for traumatic optic neuropathy. Methods: Thirty patients with traumatic optic neuropathy were selected from our hospital from March 2016 to October 2019. All patients underwent nasal endoscopic optic nerve decompression and were grouped according to the order of admission. The control group received routine nursing intervention and the observation group had 15 Cases were given bedside nursing intervention based on the control group. The depression (SDS), anxiety (SAS), postoperative quality of life (SF-36) scores, and postoperative clinical effects were compared between the two groups at admission and discharge. Results: The SDS and SAS scores of the observation group at the time of discharge were lower than those of the control group, and the differences were statistically significant (P < 0.05). The clinical effect of the observation group was better than the control group, and the total effective rate of the observation group was 93.33% (14/15) which was higher than the 80.00% (12/15) of the control group, the difference was statistically significant (P < 0.05). SF-36 scores of physiological function, physical function, emotional function, social function, etc. in the observation group were higher than those in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant. (P < 0.05). Conclusion: Treatment of traumatic optic neuropathy with bedside work-based nursing mode by nasal endoscopic optic nerve decompression has significant effects, which can improve their psychological stress response and quality of life with high safety.

Abstract: Objective: To describe the current situation of health records establishment of residents in main urban areas of Chongqing, analyze its influencing factors and provide reference suggestions to promote the establishment of residents' health records, so as to narrow the gap between China and other countries. Methods: A self-designed questionnaire survey was conducted among 900 residents who had lived in nine districts of Chongqing for more than 6 months by stratified random sampling. Results: In 2018, 61.4% of the sample population in the main urban area of Chongqing had health records, while 20% didn't have health records and 18.5% were unclear about whether they had health records or not; Differences in gender, age, educational background, occupation, household registration, housing type were statistically significant for the establishment of health records (P < 0.05); Polytomous logistic regression analysis showed that gender, age, educational background, occupation, household registration were the influencing factors of the establishment of health records. Conclusion: The rate of residents in the main urban areas of Chongqing who have health records needs to be improved. It is hard to establish health records for male, low-educated and floating population. Therefore, the third-party organizations and media should play a role in promoting the establishment of health records for such populations under the leadership of government departments, in order to make contributions to narrowing the gap between China and other countries.

Abstract: Elastography aims at assessing tissue elasticity. As a branch of ultrasound elastography (UE), shear-wave elastography is recognized by engineering and clinical fields, particularly fast shear-wave elastography (SWE). Shear-wave elastography (SWE) is a real-time, two-dimensional elastography technology that has emerged in recent years. It is different from Static Elastography, and also different from Transient Elastography and Acoustic Radiation Force Impulse. Based on the fact that the elastic moduli of different tissues are several orders of magnitude greater than the acoustic impedance differences, Elasticity imaging instruments for clinical use have been developed, and has gradually matured. A new stage of technological progress has occurred with SWE. This paper introduces the principle behind the use of elastography and several elastography technologies in clinical application, and then explores methods for fulfilling the promises of this technology: real time and superfast. Furthermore, methods for the generation and detection of Shear Waves are enumerated. These include, for example, the dynamic coherence enhancement technique based on “Mach Waves” and ultra-high-frequency imaging technology for simultaneous transmitting and receiving. Finally, the future development of Shear-wave elastography is discussed. It is believed that with the development of new technologies and new materials, shear wave elastography (SWE) will play an increasingly important role in clinical practice.
