About This Special Issue
“People do not care how much you know, but they know how much you care.” Therefore, the need for oral health care in Yemen (developing country) is increasing and is paralleled by an increasing number of dental faculties as well as public/private hospital and clinics. However, until now no information is available about the health status among Yemeni Population. This information is needed to assist the designing of appropriate measures in the planning phase of health care for Yemeni population. Moreover, little prospective information exists about the impact of medical conditions of Yemeni population.
This special issue will focus on health education, health promotion, health quality and health managements in dental faculties as well as public/private hospital and clinics. This will provide data-base for oral and medical health in Yemen and in turn will help to improve the services supplied for patients.
We encourage researchers, postgraduate students, researchers and lecturers to submit their original/review articles about status of oral heath in Yemen.
